Can my fitters see my financial info?
No. When you create a "Staff" login, their view is strictly restricted. They can see their daily jobs, add room measurements, and take photos, but they cannot see invoices, pricing, or the client database. Only the Admin has financial access.
Do I need to download this from the App Store?
Floorboard Pro is a Progressive Web App (PWA) optimized for mobile. You simply log in via Safari or Chrome on your phone, click "Add to Home Screen", and it functions exactly like a native app without taking up storage space.
What devices does this work on?
Because it's cloud-based, it works flawlessly on iPhones, iPads, Android devices, Macs, and Windows PCs. If it has a modern web browser, it runs Floorboard.
Can I export my data for my accountant?
Yes. Every invoice you generate is saved as a secure, itemized PDF. You can easily share these PDFs with your accountant or clients directly from the app via email or WhatsApp.
